Care is taken to create your yard display, and care must be taken while the display is situated in your yard.

- To help prevent theft from your display, the terms of this rental require that you remove the small props(everything except the large 5 ft. painted sign) after dark. They must be stored safely in an unlocked location the morning of pick up. Missing or damaged prop fee is $8.00 each piece (including letters) and will be charged back to the credit card of the purchaser. If this is a gift for someone else, we will leave a copy of these terms, however, since you are financially responsible, you might want to call them to remind them to remove props.
- For safety purposes, do not allow anyone to play or run near the display while in your yard, as there are cables and stakes throughout the display. Someone could be injured or displays could be damaged.

- Please, no weed wacking or mowing around the display. Also, please turn off your sprinkler system. The display is waterproof but the pressure of the water could cause damage.
- We do reserve the right to cancel if we feel attempting delivery would be dangerous, if winds are strong enough to blow the display out of the victim's yard or if there are severe storm warnings or hurricane warnings. In those cases, we do hope you understand and we will contact you to reschedule.
- Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get really hot in the sun and can blow against our signs, pop, and melt on the signs.
